Pathways to Justice Careers for Youth


Second Chance for Young Fathers The goal of the program is to assist young fathers ages 16-24 who are incarcerated or are on probation or parole successfully transition back to their family and community.

Program Components include:

  • intensive mentoring
  • comprehensive case management
  • occupational skill training
  • academic instruction
  • responsible fatherhood activities
  • restorative justice projects
